Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Yes, all our watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that jewelry is not covered under warranty but is crafted with high-quality materials to ensure longevity.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How should I care for my Joker & Witch jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the airtight pouches provided, to prevent oxidation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pin codes across India.
